Valley by the Mountains

Located right outside of San Luis, CO, this property is located in the valley to the west of the Sangre de Cristo mountain range. The location is ideal, right near CO-159 for easy year-around access and a quick stop into San Luis for supplies, but still far away from any HOAs and POAs.

While you’re camping, Mt Blanca (14’er) is to the north for climbing/hiking. The Great Sand Dunes are to the northwest. The Rio Grande River is to the west for fishing with the National Forests beside it. Smith Reservoir and Mountain Home Reservoir are only a few minutes away for fishing and boating. And finally, the Sangre de Cristo mountain range stretches across the eastern view of the property!
