While you’re camping, Mt Blanca (14’er) is to the north for climbing/hiking. The Great Sand Dunes are to the northwest. The Rio Grande River is to the west for fishing with the National Forests beside it. Smith Reservoir and Mountain Home Reservoir are only a few minutes away for fishing and boating. And finally, the Sangre de Cristo mountain range stretches across the eastern view of the property!

No improvements have been made to this property, so you will need to install septic, well, and power if you choose to build a home on the property. Costilla County allows for camping (including RV camping) for 14 days of every 90 days without a camping permit required.
